They combine weight with resistance for strength training and mild-to-intense action to train your heart and lungs to have endurance and stamina. Also at a gym, you will get cardio variety. If two or three different machines work well for you, you can circuit through them so you don’t get bored with your workout.
   
Weight Training Section
There is a specific weight machine designed to strengthen every muscle group in the body. Weight machines combine weight with resistance training to isolate specific areas of the body and pump them up. weight machines can still help you build and tone muscle to a level that is right for you. Smaller weight machines are also made for one specific exercise such as power lift machines, angled back machines, lat machines, angled leg presses, pec/rear delt combo machine, inner/outer thigh machines, leg curl machines, chest press, and more.
   
Personal Training
Certified trainers are available to guide members through specialized programs. Personal trainers guide, motivate and make sure the member adheres to their program.

The trainers are constantly updated on latest techniques by Our Internationally Certified Director.

Comprehensive Fitness Test
A full body fitness assessment is conducted before the member conducts his workout.

This helps the trainer prepare a schedule card for him keeping in mind his fitness levels and goals.

The fitness assessment includes full body measurements and fat analysis. The assessment is redone after 2 months to measure progress.
 
Weight Loss Program
Qualified Nutritionist's are available to guide you through the ultimate weight loss or weight gain nutrition program.

Chose through the program of your choice depending on weight loss/gain requirement.

Weight Management Program
Weight maintenance is different from losing weight. When we lose weight, we can try any diet method we like - as long as the result is positive. But maintaining weight - keeping weight off - requires us to develop stable, healthy eating habits, together with regular exercise habits. For individuals who suffer from obesity (BMI > 29.9), or those who are overweight (BMI 25-29.9) and have two or more risk factors, the guidelines recommend weight reduction. People who are overweight or obese have a greater chance of developing hypertension (elevated blood pressure), raised blood cholesterol or other blood-fat disorders, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers. The good news is, even a small weight loss (just 10 percent of your current weight) will help to lower your risk from these diseases. Weight loss program will involves achieving a negative caloric balance but still providing you a balanced diet including all food groups.

This service is set up as flexibly as possible in order to meet your requirements. We arrange a set contract where we pick up/drop off at an agreed time every day. Select the exercise time and Core time to best suit you.

Let's face it - some people have a hard time waking up and getting to work on time. A wake up call service is a great way to help your wake up and get to work out on time. You Don’t pay anything more and don’t settle for anything less. This service gives an extra push and motivates you to start off your day.
